The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.kainaniswimwear.com. All store purchases may only be returned to original purchasing stores. Please contact your original purchasing store for their Return Policy information.
Returns & Exchanges
For items to be eligible for an exchange/ return, the merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered, and tags intact within 14 days after contacting Kainani Swimwear.
Kainani Swimwear provides one free shipping label. Should you need more than one shipping label, Customers may return items via carrier of their choice and provide tracking information. Or customers may request to be invoiced for a return label from Kainani Swimwear.
For any returns there is a 5% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit.
Final Sale
All sales on jewelry, discounted items, and items marked as SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for refunds, store credit, or exchanged; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
